Today was truly wild:

Had a long kinda stressful day at work and then...

Went directly to an apartment viewing and signed a lease right then and there for the cutest cutest cutest 2 bedroom and I am so revlieved not to have to keep looking and excited for what lies ahead!!

They sped sped sped on over to a first date with a guy and it went pretty well but I was so pumped about finding a place to live I was super energetic. Which is good cause at least I wasn’t nervous at all and ate the most intuitively in ages

And now I am collapsing into my blessed bed. It’s amazing how things can get really bad quickly, and then they can bounce right back and get even better

Getting recentered:

After much much panic when I found out the house I live in is selling, I am moving into an apartment with a long time friend! I'm really excited to live with her. There's definitely anxiety around changes and navigating food habits infront of her, but I know it'll be okay.

But now I'm swept up in the process of finding and leasing an apartment which I've never done. And I only have a few weeks to nail something down!

With so much anxiety this week my hungers been absent, and my mind body awareness went out the window. But I met with my nutritionist after a couple week hiatus and I'm feeling so much more grounded now.

I'm also facing another challenge of starting farm season, so I gotta fuel myself a lot more, and to do that I need to be grounded and listening to my body.

So I'm doing lots of yoga and little mindfulness practices. Self care is so important right now.

Having a real hard time right now: under the cut because just a really long ramble, not triggering...

Everything felt really balanced in my life until a couple days ago when I found out I need to move. I have been living in this house for three years and have grown such deep roots here. I love my housemates dog so much (cuddling with her right now) and the cat and garden and the light in my bedroom. And the security and routine I have with my housemate. I really really love this place.

The prospect of moving is so daunting and anxiety inducing. The night she told me I need to move I had a really intense anxiety attack and was sobbing as I tried to go to sleep. My head has been completely buzzed with all the things I need to do. I’ve started seeing other apartments, but nothing feels right. I’m looking at studio apartments which I feel weird about because I’m afraid living alone will be isolating/bring in ed stuff. But its really late for me to find a place with someone else. ASsdkjhdhf. Ugh.

And to top it off, this week is really big for me because I go back to work tomorrow, and I really wanted to start the season off balanced and grounded, but right now I am exhausted, frenetic, and keep weeping at random triggers. I can’t think straight.

But food wise things are okay. I’ve definitely felt more ed stuff since shit hit the fan, but I’m staying aware of it still eating to my meal plan. I have so much grief I need to cry out, but It’s exhausting so I want to wait until after tomorrow to break down so I may have more energy for work. hahaha oh dear.

Anyways, I really just want a hug right now. And someone to tell me everything is going to be okay. And that I’m doing the best that I can, and that I won’t feel this way forever. Everything is temporary. I’ve been balanced before and I can get back there again. Things can get bad really quickly, but things can also change for the good really quickly. I need to put that positive energy out there and good things will come.
