I don't know why this container is more wet and has more top surface activity compared to the other two that seem to be dryer on top but looks just as humid.

I don't use bran as a substrate nor am I consistent with upkeep. My mealworms suffered a decline in the colony due to neglect but the super worms and dubias are doing ok so far.
Second attempt at a self-cleaning bird cage. Using meal worms and red wigglers. A mango seed decided to sprout.
Dehydrated juicer pulp waiting to be ground up and a lazy man's attempt at a bioactive birdcage(hemp-bases cat litter and mealworms)
There are many types of substrates that can be used to raise meal worms in.
I've started using oat hay that I've cut up a bit with scissors. I've used shredded paper before just cause and they did ok in that.
I've been having issues with pantry moths so I got this mini green house to see if it could help
What can't they eat, and how does it affect their nutritional value for animals and humans?
