as you've noticed, i really love doppelrue. they share so many similarities, so many parallels. being in ire's and mime's influence, their documents, both being scars. even deadly modifier badge doppel is similar to both of them. a simple "doppel is embodiment of past mistakes and rue is the person who hurt you. technically, it was your mistake to love them because they ended up hurting you" is already enough to wreck me for a whole day. they're so good goddaaaamn
