When poker face got cancelled by peacock and then rian johnson was like "actually its fine itll get picked up season 3 will happen AND also we are recasting Natasha Lyonne's role with Peter Dinklage and this was like kind of always the plan was 2 seasons and then recast the main role" like do i believe this was always the plan maybe not i dont really know why he said all that but i do think that more shows should do this just recast a main role 2 seasons in without trying to hide it or cast a similar looking performer just fucking do it

#granddad spongebob :')#i went to the high school from fame and sophomore year we had this comedy and acting class and one of the assignments was old people day #we made old people OCs and developed their backstories and then sat and talked to the class like we wete that person being interviewed #some of us dreased up and did old age makeup the whole shebang #and it was a loooot like this #my oldsona was named Carl and he was half out as gay in the 70s and had an air of melancholy about him #from all his friends dying #and this class wasnt first or at the end of the day or right before or after lunch it was our second class of the day #and so a lot of us had to spend at least half the day as our oldsonas and go to class like that makeup and all and if youre doing that #for half the day you might as well commit #anyway i have a lot of feelings (positive) about granddad spongebob

#ok so there was this guy in 8th grade who i became friends with because we were in theater class together #but we would argue a lot and one day he said something really blatantly mysoginistic (probably on purpose to piss me off)#so i of course stabbed him with a mechanical pencil but really hard and in the middle of the cafeteria. the lead was still in his arm after #we would do the like anime bully leans in and then maybe sits on your desk while saying ambiguously provocative things routine #we had a screaming match in the middle of science class about internet petitions. we maybe did that more than once #one time i convinced someone else to dump a whole bunch of glitter on him also in the middle of science class in full view of everyone #(i did feel bad when it became obvious someone would get in trouble (duh) so i said i dumped the glitter on him. this made him feel a little #bit crazy because i was across the room and it was physically impossible but he had his back turned so he couldnt prove i was lying #the teacher believed me because of the screaming match(es) and i got 1 detention that my parents still dont know about. another time #we did a scene in class from supernatural and i played cas and he played dean. eventually i started dating this girl #and it was messy because she used to have a crush on him. and then he went around and told everyone he was asexual and it was my fault #because i was so annoying and confusing or something. at the end of the school year we had a theatre cast party and #he started to choke and obviously couldnt breathe so i said “im going to do the heimlich maneuver” and he tried to tell me not to #but he couldnt (because he couldnt breathe) so i grabbed a chair stood on it and did the heimlich #and he coughed something up and started breathing again and i think that may have been the last time we interacted #also he was like 2 feet taller than me and at least twice as wide it was actually fucking unhinged that i was so ready to fight him #daniel if ur reading this sorry i was such an ass and also so were you but it was part of the experience and i remember you fondly #lets meet up and yell at each other or something #ive had this dynamic more times than id like to admit but this guy was like peak and also i didnt recognize the dynamic at the time #which adds greatly to the experience #alsosorry mr science teacher i didnt mean for my psychological warfare flirting to disrupt ur science class thank u for showing us gattaca #i need to go to sleep. my tumblr is not for venting really but the tags are sometimes for long rambling reminiscing and this is one of those #i will probably never see him again and i hope hes doing good and if i saw him again would it be better or worse if the dynamic slotted back #8th grade was a mess this wasnt even my only fucked up toxic yaoi with someone roughly three times my size that year
