A week after rooming with a psychology major she started being naked all the time… clothes just felt ‘wrong’.
Then this morning her roommate simply said ‘Now’ and she couldn’t help rubbing herself in a frenzy until she passed out on the couch.
Waking up now, being on furniture also seems ‘wrong’.

Relationship Bill of Rights
So I’m of the mind that no matter who you are and how you identify (monogamous, poly, gay, bi, ace, etc.) that if you’re in a relationship there are certain things you have a right to no matter what. Some people may disagree with me - and that’s okay. You may want different things, more things, fewer things… Whatever. And that’s okay.
But for me… I’ve been thinking about this a lot since I got dumped on Monday - what I got from the relationship I was in and what I didn’t. What I want. What I deserve. What I need.
And I’ve decided that there are certain things that I just have a right to. Inalienable rights. Dealbreakers. Things that I won’t go without.
Here they are:
I have the right to be treated with respect. (Respect, to me, meaning having due regard for another person’s feelings, beliefs, traditions, etc.)
I have the right to have my feelings treated as though they are worthy of consideration. I have a right to have feelings - and to have those feelings taken into account in how my partner(s) act and behave.
I have the right not to have my time taken for granted. (Constantly running late, having dates canceled at the last minute, etc.)
I have the right to be treated as a person as opposed to a need-fulfillment machine.
I have the right to be treated as a valuable human partner - and not a thing.
I have the right of consent and to expect that nothing will happen to me or involving me without my consent.
I have the right to choose how much I want to be involved with my partners’ other partners (assuming, of course, that they want to be involved with me).
I have the right to be told the truth. Always. No exceptions.
I have the right to be treated with compassion.
I have the right to use my voice and to expect to be heard and listened to.
I have the right to privacy.
I have the right to expect that my partner(s) will not share the vulnerabilities I share with them with other people (including their other partner(s) - even husbands/wives).
I have the right to experience and express all my emotions. (Note: This does not mean that I get to take my emotions out on other people. Only that I have a right to feel and express them.)
I have the right to understand any rules that will apply to my relationship before I enter into it. (This is especially applicable to poly relationships.)
I have the right to be consulted when decisions are made that will affect me.
I have the right to not be treated as a subordinate or less than - even when different levels of commitment exist.
I have the right to end the relationship. At any time. For any reason. (As does anyone. And sometimes those reasons suck - but no one has to stay in a relationship that they don’t want.)
I probably missed some. But these are the biggest ones for me. Feel free to discuss, add your own, etc. I’d love to hear what everyone else thinks.
I’m just a kinky little introvert and that’s just how it is
Beautiful reminders of a terrible night cover my entire body, leaving me impatiently waiting for both marks and memories to fade...

You having a good time with yourself tonight?
Unfortunately I’m on my period, so I’m looking longingly.
THIS IS THE BEST IDEA I WANT THIS SO MUCH WHY CANT WE HAVE THIS
The best takes on this are all the other Americans going “um planes exist” and “um trains can’t go that fast wtf”
Babes they have this in like every other developed country we are literally the only ones with our fingers up our ass like this.
Lobbyists.
Big Auto and Big Oil are why we can’t have this.
I was irritated at the resolution so I looked for a better quality, idk if tumblr was just deteriorating it tho, so here

This map was created by Alfred Twu in 2013. Here’s his twitter.
These articles mention some information about the implementation of a high speed rail system in the United States. To sum it up:
it would connect rural and urban, and regional, societies
it would improve long-distance relationships and familial relationships
it’s cost-efficient
it could prove economically beneficial to smaller cities
we’d be saving fuel
This is the pre-existing Amtrak route map (and the pdf):
Amtrak travels at an average of 71 mph with maximum speeds of 150 mph. A trip from New York to Los Angeles could range anywhere from $350 - $1300 and it would take roughly 3 days.
The one proposed by Twu would travel at 220 mph and take 18 hours to get from New York to Los Angeles. Bullet trains average at 320 kph, which converts to about 200 mph. Test runs have gone up to a 375 mph.
This isn’t the first proposition for a new national high speed rail either. In 2009, the Obama administration proposed one but it was shot down by Republicans. Here’s the map:
And here’s an explanation by Vox as to why this wasn’t the best plan.
And here are some more route examples:
And yes, Big Auto and Big Oil are exactly why we can’t have this. Here’s a 24 minute breakdown by Hasan Minhaj on Patriot Act.
