its no coincidence that i kind of dropped off of this project when i started using pinterest-- they serve the same exact function as a catalog of inspiration, ideas and sparks of ideas-- EXCEPT for that minor little detail that you can't pin songs! so my tumblr is still winning for the time being.
i have taken a lot of the visual stuff over there though.

this is kind of one of those songs you hear once every few months for a few years and think 'that's pretty' and then you take the time to actually listen once and it totally blows your mind.

pulled a dozen prints on wood tonight to help a local musician promote his new album- it was fun figuring out a way to describe music visually-- i remember a project in one of my design classes where we had to attempt it (which i totally over thought and sucked at) and i remember feeling that it would in no way be applicable to the rest of my life. funny how things turn out.
morning glory prints are definitely on the docket. i had such an awesome summer watching our yard come alive-- now we have bonfires to look forward to.
i would like to submit this photograph as proof once and for all that michigan is not a flyover state.
