how do you deal with injuries ?

How do I deal with injuries? I try to stay mentally strong, to listen to my body and whatever my doctors and trainers say, eat healthy, get my treatments, trust and follow the rehab program.

It’s been a long, long, long time since I’ve wrote something here. I visualized myself writing here many times but wasn’t ready I guess. Nor mentally, physically or spiritually but...here I am :).

I like writing, I have my personal journal, where I often write to help me clear my head and allowing me to stay focus on my tasks. For some days I’ve been thinking and I’ve finally decided to openly share and write here, like an online diary.

I’ve always fantasized myself being an english writer but my grammar sucks and I’m 100% sure I’m making mistakes even in this very moment but so what? I’m learning by actually doing it and I’m sure I will improve, right?

English is not my first language but I do like and honestly it’s easier for me to express and communicate in english than romanian which is my first language. I was probably influenced by the fact that my mom was teaching english when I was little and my favorite tv channel growing up was CartoonNetwork Channel and at that time they didn’t have it translated in Romanian. Or maybe I just like English.

Anyways, the point is that I will start writing more and sometimes it will sound like a tweet or maybe like a novel but who cares? Probably nobody will ever even notice but I’m just excited for myself I guess..hihihi. Until next time.
