Overwhelmed by his happiness, Amy brought her gloved hands to her cheeks. Though she tried to cover the flush that arose, it peeked through the cracks in her fingers.

It was a case, a velvet one–within it was a silver heart locket. Nothing too fancy, though. He thought she would like it.

He tapped the blue blur's shoulder before giving him a festive mug of tea and a chocolate biscotti. ~"I don't know if you'll like this hard pastry bread stick, but I know it pairs well with tea!" He smiled brighter than the sun. >>WelcoME BACK!!

Maur whipped around, his ear twitching in response to the sudden tap. He was taken by surprise when gifts were handed to him, which he gladly accepted.

“ WELL !! I’ll have you know that I’ll pretty much eat anything, so don’t worry about that ! Heheh, looks like I need to start gettin’ some gifts ! ”

Sonic responded to that smile with an equally big grin.

Sonic looks down at it, his eyes shining like a kid in a candy shop. He takes them out slowly, but switches over to the opposite as he quickly kicks off his shoes to replace his socks.

“ GEEZ, Ames !! You really know how to make a guy feel loved !! Thanks a ton!! ” He cheerfully chirped.

When he finished his comment, he pulled off his gloves, quickly replacing them with the gifted pair. The hedgehog then wrapped the scarf around him, swinging it around his neck like he was a model. He felt like a special boy.
