Thor stood in the shadows and watched the young blond. He was trying to stir his memories, he had seen the photograph. Furious, not at the young man, but at his other parent, he had to wonder what the young man thought of him. He hoped he knew he would have not abandoned him had he had his memories.
Ermys noticed a lock of blond and quickly fade it back to dark. It was getting harder and harder to hide his true form. He always wished he inherit his motherâs hair. It would be easier to claim that he was a son of Lokiâs. Not to say he doesnât admire his father. Thor had always and will be his hero. But that he all he was to him. A hero.Â
He frown, as he felt himself being watch. He glared at the shadows, his green eyes shimmering. âWho is there? Show yourself!âÂ
He coughed softly and stepped from the shadows. âI do apologize I had not intended to startle you. I justâŠâ he sighed and moved a hand through his hair as he moved over to the young man. âIâŠ.â he was horrible at this, perhaps worse then his own father, and that thought saddened him greatly. âForgive meâŠ. son.â
Ermys stiffen up, his eyes going wide in shock as he saw Thor coming into view. âNoâŠIâm..Iâm sorryâŠSir. IâŠI didnât know it was you.â He stuttered out. He had though it was one of the bullies as school. It wouldnât be the first time they had stalk him from school, waiting to jump him. âWhat are you doing here?â He wince. He didnât mean for it to sound so rude.
âSirâŠâ he sighed softly âSo formal thenâŠâ he shook his head âI suppose I cannot blame you.â he frowned âWhere you expecting someone else? Your Lady perhaps?â he held out his hand âI apologize for intruding. I suppose I thought that you might like to dine with me.âÂ
Ermys didnât mean to sound so formal. He respected and admired his father butâŠHe wasnât ready to call him father to his face just yet. His face turned red. No! I donâtâŠWell I doâŠBut notâŠDidâŠdid mother not tell you aboutâŠI guess he wouldnât have.â He muttered. âYes! I mean it would beâŠYes dinner sounds nice.â He stood tall and shook Thorâs hand. Â
âWasnât your hair blond?â Thor frowned just a bit. and moved closer to the boy. âYour mother..â he sighed âoh you  mean Loki.â he shook his head âSheâŠI mean he has not told me much about you at all. I am⊠I know at one point you were in my life, but it seems my memories where taken from me.â he frowned. âHe looked down at the hand in his and gave it a firm claps. âGood I am glad. What do you wish to eat. Steak and mead?â he asked hopefully.Â
âUh...Yea. Itâs still is...I just...mother told me to keep it dark so...â Ermys duck his head suddenly felt ashamed. â...Oh. Well I guess there is a lot you donât know.â He laughed out of nervousness, a habit he got from Loki. Boy this was going to be awkward. âAnything BUT bacon. I had enough of that stuff growing up.â Growing up that is just about all Loki would feed him.
