Like all films, the “making of” the film is already paid for. (Movies generally aren’t made on credit.) So, in turn, the “white guys” were previously paid. See any number of recent articles about the Sony hack to find out how much each was paid, btw.

The money made from sales and rentals of the movie will go to Sony. Sony employs approx. 141,000 people (of all colors, nationalities, religions, sexual preference, etc.). Sony will gladly use the movie’s proceeds to pay its employees so that the employees can have roofs over their heads and food on their tables.
