Side note: Is there an actual way to get onto the japanese servers? I have jpn mabi downloaded and fully installed but I guess they have the ban on out-of-country IP addresses???

As far as I know, no. You cannot a acquire a Japanese IP adress from NA unfortunately; it's impossible.

The only ways to access the JP servers without getting an IP ban:

If they lift the IP ban(unlikely)

If you have access to a JP/NA proxy server (Also unlikely)

If you are set up in Japan

FABMAX 2ND ANNIVERSARY EVENT

Hello friends and loyal subjects!

In less than two weeks, it’s going to be our modest guild’s second anniversary and we wanted to celebrate it with everyone who would like to show up! We will be holding a THREE-PART FABULOUSMAX EVENT BONANZA on JUNE 6TH, 2014, at 8:00PM EST— YES, JUNE 6TH AT 8:00PM EST.

The three parts are to honor the three founding members of FabMax: Chrys, Surezan and I (Einhart).

The winner of each round will receive a bunch of goodies for their fabulousness! These prizes include gems, upgrade stones, art and hopefully more!

PART 1 - FISH FOR SUZY(SUREZAN)

MEETING PLACE: SCATHACH BEACH CAMP, 8:00PM EST.

One of the first we’d ever done as a guild was fish at Scathach Beach to get Suzy a certain fish. So, to commemorate, we’re going to start off with this! Just meet up with us at the camp and you’ll find out the details then. Watch out! We’re going to have to fight off the Sahagins that are bound to spawn.

PART 2 - THE BIG CHRYS COOK-OFF

MEETING PLACE: EMAIN MACHA FOUNTAIN, AROUND 9:00PM EST.

We all know how our dear Chrys loves her food and her chef-stuff! After we get Suzy her fish, we’ll be off to Emain to host our very own cook-off! This is how it’ll work. Before the event begins, a list of 14 DISHES will be posted. Some of them are Chrys’ favourites— some of them? Not so much. Your job will be to cook THREE DISHES and hope one of them is just what her stomach ordered. Whoever cooks her favourite dish BEST wins this round! ALL participants must have their names taken by either Chrys, Suzy or I before they can begin cooking! You will have ONE HOUR to cook your dishes.

PART 3 - A KNIGHT FOR PRINCESS EIN

MEETING PLACE: TARA, JOUSTING ARENA, BY LILEAS, AROUND 10:00PM EST

Finally, for the perfect, wonderful and fabulous Ice Princess Einhart, we’ll be holding a jousting tournament! In order to participate, you will have to sign up with me in advance so that I can prepare a bracket. I will be accepting participants until JUNE 5TH. Just send me an ask or PM me on skype! At the time of the event, you will be notified who your first opponent will be. May the best knight win!
