His head tilted slightly as he thought for a moment, “If you want.. we could get naked and sleep in the same bed.” A red tint appeared on his cheeks as he had a bashful smile on his face, “S-Since you’re cold I mean.. that is one way to get.. warm.” Well she didn’t have hypothermia but it was a sure-fire try. Haru led her towards a huge plaza, the lights shone brightly and it reflected against the snowflakes to produce a stunning dazzle. “W-Wow..” His hand gripped onto Shizuku’s even tightly as he was struck with awe. “I knew this place would look great!” Haru snicked slightly, with a small childish smile.

Part of her knew that he was going to take that small statement and complete distort it to extents she should've seen coming. But even with that thought in mind, she felt the warmth flood right back to her cheeks again and she immediately drew her other hand up, ready to slap him.

What am I supposed to do? Let Haru get away with stuff like this? Just because we're toge--

The thought hadn't sunk in yet and it only caused her hand to slowly lower back to her side, head twisting off as if she were admiring the new view of the snow-tipped buildings.

"Don't lie to me."

His eyes were gentle and calm, as he focused them only on Shizuku. Nothing else mattered anymore, he was really happy.. all the pain he felt before, everything he dealt with in the past. It seemed like it washed away when he was with her. A small white flake fell on Shizuku’s nose, and it peaked his curiosity. Unlike a normal person, he licked her nose and then looked up in the sky. “O-Oh! It’s snowing!”

”..and you said yet. Does that mean you plan to marry me in the future?” That sounded like a lot of commitment, but who knows? Anything could happen right? He gently held her hand as the snow started to fall even more, “Ah.. do you still have to study?” 

He wanted to take her somewhere nice, it was getting dark and the lights would be up in the shopping district. When it was snowing like this it should look pretty amazing. “I want to take you somewhere..!” He looked at her with a childish look on his face, as if he was eager to have fun.

The sort of bond the two held then was.. different in a few aspects than it had been mere moments prior. A confession, a confirmation, a connection. She still felt as if her heart could burst out of her chest -- warmth flooded every cavity of her being and even so, she felt a shiver roll down her spine as her arms slipped around her body. Going cross-eyed, she stared at her nose for a moment, feeling the gentle nip of cold and then the lukewarm dampness of his tongue catching the snowflake, as if it were the most normal thing in the world.

"That explains the drop in temperature," she murmured to herself then, ignoring the sudden gesture. Her fingers tightened around his and she watched as the snow fell delicately in slow patterns, hovering and then touching upon the ground, creating clumps. Heavier and heavier it came, and the serenity seemed to reverberate throughout the entire area, like someone painted over a dark canvas with white plaster in slow dabs.

"I have a lot of work left to do.." He had to remind her. For once, it'd slipped from her mind on her list of things to do, because her time was occupied by the idiot who was now her boyfriend. A frustrated exhale created steam in the air, and her eyes shifted toward the bemused face of Haru, who seemed.. excited about something, as if he it were a life or death sort of situation and it had to be her. "A-Alright.. Let's make it quick. I'm cold."

will you be willing to do au relationships?

Sure thing. It mostly depends on the character and the backstory, and assuming they can click together decently. Shizuku's not very.. well.. adapted to those situations. Relationships are kind of difficult for her to maintain overall.

But sure. If there's a good plot behind it and the like.
