Lying and feigning fealty over and fuckin’ over?”                    Frozen in place. His fingers barely brushed her wrist bone. “I’ve enough of it.” Don’t leave. “I’ve enough of humans and their deceptiveness.” Everyone leaves…I’m no good with anything that involves closeness.

She held there, unable to relinquish the words he spoke. Her attempted calm exterior began to make way for the rage that boiled beneath. Her muscles tensed and reared from the oncoming force. She could feel his oppressive presence over her, but she would not move.

"That wasn't what I meant to say," but it was what she wanted to say, it was all she could do to inflict any sort of penalty for the mistreatment she received.

I must be a masochist, ‘cause I let this happen to me all the time.” By now, his posture slackened, plopping onto the ground and pretending he’s speaking to an android, as opposed to a human being with independent thought and feelings. Feelings he’d hurt, unintentionally or not. “There’s no point in being charitable towards me.”

His words cut the air, leaving only a deafening silence to follow. She could understand a slight irritation from someone under his circumstances, but his bluntness was gratuitous. Hiyori clenched her jaw in attempt to hold her tounge, she was not about to release the same amount of tactless slander he had dropped on her.

"I understand, it was foolish of me to offer help to someone I don't know." she began to turn from the boy, he clearly had no interest in accepting any sort of help from her. Quite frankly, she was no longer in any mood to give it.

　Ｙato having a job after so long of going without? He wished he had one, but he can dream. His voice was hesitant but it didn’t take long for him to speak up. 

　　　❝Nope!❞

　Strangely enough he sounded a bit too eager with his response.

　　　❝Hiyori I’m trying to get one— It’s so hard.❞ (Would be easier if he were trying a bit more than he is).

A response that had become so frequent, he had just begun by the time Hiyori had finished the verse. She began to fiddle with the seam on her shirt. Truth be told, she had somewhere to be, encountering the other was not something she budgeted for.

Speaking of budget, she was sure she hadn't brought enough money to accommodate, she would likely fall short if she were ever able to make it to where she had to be.

"     Uh, Yato, actually maybe now isn't a good time..."

⊀:☗:⊁ ;;   Huff. Aidan tilts his head to the side, side-long glare given. Then back to the concrete. He prolonged the silence by staring at a line of ants, carrying a bread crumb to a small antpile mere inches away. Because Aidan was always flighty beyond the seemingly endless mulling, he parts his lips. “I can’t get sick,” he said, voice above a meek whisper. His tarnished hands went over his neck, tinting it red.

⊀:☗:⊁ ;;   “It’s a long story I don’t wanna share.” Like he’d share anything now. “Why’re you still bothering me, anyways?”

His remarks came across to be quite rude, not at all expected after she had offered help. She tried to find the others eyes but they would not meet hers. Instead she slid her foot back, removing her body from his space. Placing her hands behind her back she racked her brain for any sort of response. 

"I-I'm sorry, I was just trying to    " she couldn't place the words. His counter had caught her off guard.

                                                                   "    you just looked like you needed help"

⊀:☗:⊁ ;;   “Sh—…it” Murmured the raven. Body heat. A shadow. Breathing. More adjectives. Too many than what he could handle now. With enlarged eyes, he peered up at the girl, rescinding and walking back further. “Nothing happened. I just…I’m…uh.” What’s the excuse for knuckles and splattered blood? “I was…was cutting up a dead pig with chainsaw as a dare, and I accidentally…accident with my, uh…don’t worry.”

She stared down at the boy, deciding whether to press further, whether or not it was a good idea to intrude on the personal matters of the other who sat before her. Although many things seemed like a plausible options most fell short of giving the other what he needed. At that moment she felt he needed help, at least someone to tend to his wounds.

"It's alright, I don't need to know the specifics,

                                               but if you don't clean it properly it will become infected."

The air had chilled slightly, as to be expected of the changing season, but the new breeze made walking somewhat uncomfortable. Hiyori breathed into her hands in attempt to bring some warmth, although it seemed as if the effort was in vain. 

The trip was not fruitless by any sense, be that the coffee shop she found had lived up to its reputation. The peace of the morning sounds and the aroma of an empty café was a pleasant change from the usual bustle she had become accustomed to. 

That was until she rammed into another upon her exit, spilling the coffee that she had ordered down both of their chests.

"Oh! I-I’m really sorry about that, uh I could um, help you clean that    ”

⊀:☗:⊁ ;;   Someone saw his bandage. And mentioned it. The lost one’s left knuckles were bloody, or bruised, and scraped, the substance further littering his clothing. If anything, Aidan appeared to be hurt physically instead of emotionally, as well.

The sight had caught her eye, as it was something unusual, something that stuck out. There the boy sat, caked in what it seemed to be his own blood. The scene was sickening. Hiyori went to reach for the boy, offering her help in which he flinched, withdrawing further from her.

Yes, it's the new OVA that came out recently. It's hard to create well-animated scenes without expensive equipment, no matter how good someone is.
