Furthermore Iām happy that whatever youāre choosing to write is something that drives you as a writer to continue to explore and create. I know that the thoughts, dialogue, actions, and characters behind what you CHOOSE to write DO NOT directly represent you as the writer, nor your thoughts or what you as a human being support. Throughout our history there have been countless stories that published writers have put out into the world that feature terrible subjects, daunting taboos, horrendous characters, and crimes against humanity.Ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Some of these books and pieces remain to be some of the most iconic and world renowned books in history, fan favorites, and many have been made into television shows, movies, and have went onto have sequels. I understand that as a human being, I am not subject to like, nor approve of anything YOU do, or anything I read. Iām entitled to my opinion, but I donāt need to go out of my way to be an asshole or to make you feel horrible.Ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā This community can be incredibly cruel at times. Iāve seen it constantly within the past few days and itās absolutely draining. Everything is black and white and you as a writer must comply with absolutely everything that is politically correct and unfortunately, that is not a realistic world, especially when it comes to writers. If we were all forced to write the same thing, or things that everyone supported and agreed withā¦ Well, that wouldnāt be a very interesting world.Ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā If youāre narrow minded or do not support that people have the freedom and SHOULD be able to write what they wantā¦ Please unfollow me immediately because I have a feeling weāre not going to see eye to eye on just about anything.Ā
