tbh if anyone honestly fucking thinks this bullshit is just ‘ drama ‘ i hope to god you never fucking experience dysphoria where you look in the fucking mirror and you can’t even recognize yourself bc you’re in the wrong damn body. i hope no one questions your gender or sex or ask about your genitals, as if that’s even proof as to who you actually are. if you can’t honestly grasp what people are upset about, i’m glad this is a ok for you. you come to a roleplay to escape life and be someone else for a day and have fun. you organize threads and relationships and it’s fun. it’s fun. and we get it. it’s not that easy to grasp at times. it’s confusing if you don’t experience it. but i shouldn’t have to come the fuck online and sit here and experience transphobia online. and watch you get defensive about it, saying you’re trying to ‘stick to canon’. anyone calling this petty drama and shit don’t realize this is the shit people face today and you’re trivializing every damn thing me and many ex - members go through on a daily fucking basis. 

this shit isn’t drama. it’s people’s actual lives. it’s things people go through daily and you sitting there telling people they can’t be this or that bc it’s not canon is just as harmful as telling me i’m a fucking girl bc i can’t prove i have a dick.  

how are you honestly gonna tell me that you “ don’t have a concrete answer “ when honestly all you had to do was let people in. if you can accept a giant yellow tentacle man or accept an alien turning human or w/e the heck, but you can’t accept us - you can’t be surprised when there’s a giant uproar.

He never, ever means to keep Raizou waiting. But when a makeup artist like Saburou sees a person in need of a touch up, he can’t help but whip his brushes out, covering his hands in browns and flecks of gold. Makeup is an enhancement. And that’s what he strives for. To bring out the best in every person. Just kidding. He’s only late because someone really needed help. Dashing through, with a bag of the best Chinese food he could find, he was quick to burst into Raizou’s house, no longer needing permission.

That’s what happens when you have a key to your best friend’s house. It's the true perks of life, Saburou decided as he holds the key more dear than anyone probably would think.

“Raizou!”

Looking around, he quickly dodges to their kitchen to grab two water bottles, attempting to avoid the dear, sweet Mrs. Fuwa - if she's home. God knows that woman can talk, murmuring about how beautiful Saburou’s natural hair was - long and pin straight, unlike her bushy haired son. (Saburou thought it was beautiful. He thinks everything about Raizou is beautiful.) She loved mentioning how she wondered what he looked like under his mask, imagining Saburou to look as beautiful as his parents. (She talked well about Raizou, but always better of the glamorous life the Hachiya family once had. Saburou considers himself lucky they retired.) But most of all, she always questioned his tastes, for why in the world would Saburou want to look like her long nosed, wide eyed son. (Saburou could name a hundred reasons why.)

"I'm sorry I'm late," Saburou announces anyway, using his hip to close the door as he balances food, drinks, and cups. "You wouldn't believe the line at the Chinese place!" It doesn't help that Raizou is the worst at picking out food, leaving Saburou to wait... and wait... and wait until Saburou just got an assortment of things. In honesty, he's not too surprised - actually finding it rather adorable the way he takes a moment or two or ten to pick before getting tired and resting.

"I got everything... without tofu," he starts as he splays cartons of food onto Raizou's tidy desk. "For some reason the thought made me sick..." A melange of unease and fear rushes a course over him as he mentions it but soon shrugs it off to plop his ass onto Raizou's also tidy bed.

"So what'cha want first? You can pick!"

He wasn't doing this on purpose. Not at all.

( chances are, if you know saburou though, you’ll have to know his partner in crime, raizou too ! saburou is very ... raizou orientated... ) also, also, also. saburou is a tru Master of Disguises. so he's most likely going to steal your character’s face... as a mask. i'll always ask, but please allow me to if possible - otl i promise i’ll always make my own icons if that’s an issue too. thank you !! ps i never cap so like this if you want a starter or hit me up in ask if you wanna plan somethin --
