“If belonging to you is such a privilege, should I not get a choice? I can think of nothing more fine, nor luxurious, than freedom. Although, silk may be a close second.” Kinthos nodded his understanding. The promise of the outside was appealing: perhaps leaving Gabriel’s walls was all he needed to commit his disappearing act. “I want fruit and rose water. Enough to bathe in. And silken undergarments; the sort with a flattering fit.” He ran his finger along Gabriel’s jaw, “Have you even smelled a man as sweet as me?”
Gabriel smirked at how cute and bratty the other was being. He leaned in and kissed him, his arms around the other’s waist tightly. Almost tight enough to hurt, a subtle threat the vampire had a grip stronger than iron. “You smell so delicious I can barely contain myself. Of course, what kind of fruit would you like in the bath? Figs? Pear?” he nipped at Kinthos’ bottom lip gently. “And nothing but the finest silks for you from now on.”
