I think, coupled with "what am I going to find in here?" scene and the scene where he finds the flesh world in Laura’s deposit box (have you seen his face??), it might give a better idea of what’s going on inside Cooper’s head (or how he’s a little bit of a perv sometimes)

I just rewatched the scene you mentioned and you're totally right!!! Like he's so curious about the page that's been marked, but also there's such a subtle change in his face when he does see that it's a porno mag. Like ultimately he is such a curious individual, and I think that's also includes being curious about sex and sexuality.

And I could make this about Cooprey by noting that while Audrey presents herself as a promiscuous girl, she's actually never had sex and when she is around Cooper, while she does try to flirt with him it's noticeable that she's very flustered when he's around. I just think it's very sweet lol!!

Wip Wednesday!!

saw someone posting like a wip wednesday thing and while I'm barely through the intro of this fic, I thought that perhaps the 5 other cooprey fans would like to see a snippet of this new fic i'm working on!!

I'm debating if I want this to end in smut, or if I just want them to be cutie pie 'can we finally say that we're dating now' lovers, idk!!!

Audrey tapped her nails against her cheek. There was a dull thump sound at the end of every wave of her fingers, drumming against her ear and distracting herself from how painfully boring it was sitting up at the concierge desk. 

Curse her for wanting to be such a good person, because now her brain was melting from the lack of stimulation she was experiencing thanks to her new and amazing job of ‘Receptionist’! She had only started working an hour ago, and there were barely any customers — and the people who did come through were mostly just old! Audrey didn’t want to deal with old people, she wanted to deal with combative families that argued with their room arrangement, or newly weds hoping for a honey moon suite. Audrey didn’t want senior citizens who could barely hear her, she wanted life. Yet, sitting behind this wooden desk, answering a phone every now and then, and telling the staff that Mr. Berk wanted this, or Mrs. Conners wanted that; felt like death. 

Now, Audrey couldn’t help her wandering mind. ‘What was Cooper doing?’ circled around in her brain, curling the corners of her lips into a smile. Hopefully, he would be down for breakfast soon, and then he’d go off to work where she’d catch a glimpse of him and maybe they could talk — maybe he’d even admire her smarts and take her down to the station to start filling out FBI job applications. 

Or he could even bring out the papers right then and there, let her use his pen and all… or they could go to his bedroom… or hers. 

Audrey shook her head clear, her thoughts were starting to steer away from actual job applications and into something she should not be thinking of at 8 in the morning.

Despite them not getting together in season 2 l think that cooprey have so many like soul tying moments it's like almost all I can notice in some episodes.

They both meet their love interest around the same time, they both go through some pretty big life changes (Audrey taking a bigger role at the Great Northern - Dale getting suspended), and they both have sex around the same time? That one really killed me 2.20 like how are you gonna show Audrey wanting to lose her virginity and then couple that with Annie telling Dale she wants him bad like I know the truth I know what's going on here.

I think they could've used these ties to make the best reuniting scene ever but alas....

where's that one post talking about how Cooper already knew about One-Eye'd Jacks and just wanted to see Audrey get flustered because the coupled with that 2.12 "what am I going to find in here?" scene just absolutely proves Cooper is nasty /pos

After seeing this post I re-watched Demons and Lonely Souls to see if that was in fact Agent Cooper’s shirt.

He can hear that tone in her voice and those narrowing eyes, and the agent immediately knows something is up. Thank goodness Audrey wants him to drive her home, and no one else.

Gunplay Cooprey.....

Audrey wants to know how to defend herself, I mean after everything that'd happened god forbid a girl wants to feel a little safe. Thank god she's dating an fbi agent whose like A class in handling a gun.

He'd be very strict about it all, literally no tom foolery, but his seriousness about it get Audrey way more intrigued and she's hanging onto his every word, teaching her about the best places to aim, how to hold it, how to reload, etc., etc. and she's just thinking like 'proper name... place name.... backstory stuff...' And she cannot help it especially when they go to a shooting range and with every good shot she'd met with a 'good girl, audrey!!' And perhaps Cooper is aware that's she's always riding on prase, but the though barely crosses his mind until...

She's become very shy around it, he suggest going to the range and she sorta skirts around it, not saying she wants to go, but also not saying she doesn't. He doesn't really know what's going on until she finally tells him that well... him and that gun of his are making her feel a certain way.

Cooper is no idiot, and he's also very knowledgeable of fetishes + kinks (mostly for research purposes regarding past cases he's been on (i can only imagine)) and while at first he's a little turned away from the idea, but if you think he can resist Audrey's flushed and flustered face, you need to revaluate.

I think overall it would be very sweet, cuz I'm a sucker for fluff i'm sorry guys </3 I think he would be incredibly respectful and just go along with whatever ideas she has
