I’ve played through togainu no chi once (working on the rest) and I’ve downloaded dramatical murder and will play that at some point. Are the other nitro chiral visual novels worth buying/playing? At least sweet pool and slow damage because lamento beyond the void doesn’t seem to have an official english release (it has been fan translated) so I’d probably go for that one last

i know it’s been a month so i’m not sure if this question’s still relevant, but i definitely think they’re worth playing! I liked the story of Sweet Pool a lot. I feel a lot of it is open and more up in the air and afaik has the least endings out of any of the nitro chiral games, but the story itself is very intriguing. It falls less on the BL spectrum and focuses more on the horrifying situation youji and it’s super super interesting in my opinion.

My friend and i split up our playtimes of the Nitro+chiral games between each other but i do know he shed some tears reanalyzing Sweet Pool and its endings lol

I’m currently playing Slow Damage and i wasn’t initially interested in it because i hate the mc but it’s grown on me. The mechanics are different and more interactive than the other games and it’s kinda fun, especially the main aspect of it which is balancing people’s “euphoria” to get them to spill their “darkest secrets” (not rlly a spoiler because they explain the mechanic at the beginning of the game). It’s really popular right now and i can get why (: not my favorite so far but it’s still good! I haven’t played Lamento yet but i downloaded one of the english patches that you can find here on tumblr and i’m really excited to check it out. It was quite hard so i get if ur going to wait until an official translation comes out, but i definitely felt accomplished once i got it to work LOL
