This has probably already been said - but I think @taylorswift changed the All Too Well lyrics to “It was rare, YOU were there, YOU remember it all too well” during Tiny Desk Concert because she’s happy now, she doesn’t NEED to hang on to those memories anymore, she is off making her own new memories with the man of her dreams. She’ll keep singing the song because we all know and love it - but inside, she has completely moved on from that experience and is not dwelling on it.
