Rooted I feel safe in my own space, where ever I am. I am supported by everyone that is part of my life. Earth is my home and I am leaving light footprints everywhere I go. The colour red represents my love for others and for life itself. I know that I have to take good care of myself and listen to my body and intuition. My fears are real sometimes and I recognise them all. I am brave enough to face them or to accept them the way they are. When I don’t feel balanced in my roots I look for the biggest tree I can find and I have a look at its strong roots. When I close my eyes I can imagine roots growing from the base of my spine growing all the way into the earth. They keep me grounded and balanced. Deep breaths in and out will calm me down when dealing with my fears. I am brave. I am loved. I am safe.
