I LIVE! I EXIST! I haven't posted in forever, let alone drawn properly (oops) and I need to fix that

...I could've been drawing more but after a year and 2 months, I am still hooked on making plushies. Not complaining there though, making plushies has been incredibly fun and cathartic honestly, I should be posting more but oops, fabric calls! And I'm planning on making a Mew plush from Cholyknight's free patterns, so that's what I referenced here! I'm getting a lot better at making my own patterns too, but I'm going to playfully blame a friend for introducing me to Cholyknight's site for plushies because I have not recovered since~

Oh and yes I always gotta draw Banette at least once a year- a simple pic for how my nights after work usually are~ oh and sappy stuff under the cut-

I... honestly can't believe Pokemon is already 30 years old. I remember getting a 10th anniversary guide that has generations 1-3, and I still have it, I remember when it hit 20 and 25 years too. Pokemon is a series that is not only super near and dear to me, but it's helped me get creative on so many levels, from art to stories.

When I was a kid, the series filled me with such wonder. As an adult, it still does, and will forever keep my brain gears turning with concepts and the genius behind some designs alone, and the music will always take me back and carry me forward.

Thank you, Pokemon, for not only existing, but... for growing up with me. Can't wait to see what the 30th anniversary brings, and I'll forever be a fan until the day I am dust.

Not gonna lie I had no idea what to make for the release of the game, somehow got this done pretty fast though- read tags for more info but ye I won't be making any Silksong spoiler fanart so none to worry!

Behold, a plush I made of O-03-60, Fragment of the Universe, from Lobotomy Corporation! A friend of mine really likes the game and I watch him play it. I challenged myself to make a plush of something from there and I think I did pretty good!

Got in a Sonic Unleashed mood recently thanks to the OST being nostalgic- did this on CMYK instead of the usual color profile since I'm trying to balance colors out more- a nice one for sure~

HUZZAH! My submission for the MHWilds Webcomic Contest! I asked when it would be ok to submit this to other platforms, and was told it would be after the winners are announced- soooo here it is!

For all the stuff I had to handle in the time prior to the deadline- it's not too bad! Admittedly could've used more time to do this, but irl stuff kept me occupied for a while. It was still fun nonetheless and definitely gave me a bit of a kick to get back into making comics.

Please keep in mind that, at the time of this being posted here, I still have not gotten the game yet, and I need to clear room on my computer comfortably first before getting it since I know it's large - I will say though I LOVE this flaming octo sooooo much, amazing addition to the series! Very fun to draw :D It's a bit long- but I wanted to leave a... bit of a cliffhanger, ehe-

Long time no post! I didn't realize I last posted in November oops- anywho, it's Pokemon Day! Between some art for friends and poor sleep, uhh yeah I needed to take it easy for a while. But hey, I am here with a little, simple, and quick doodle :D

Pokemon of course has been a HUGE part of my life, and it always will be! I haven't drawn Scorbunny in forever which is a major crime, hands down my favorite fire starter. By the time this is posted, I still wouldn't have seen the direct yet, and I'm really looking forward to what's in store!

Went to test making a piece using the CMYK color profile instead of the usual RGB. I think I did ok? The colors are definitely very different posting it here versus the other color profile, wow-- color theory practice I guess, except I have no idea how to color theory exactly, HAH! BUT STILL DID IT!

A simple piece, yet it feels nice. Simulanka was honestly very great and made my summer for sure, especially with seeing Wanderer's growth and making a friend with a dragon! Can't wait to see these two again-

Honestly, much like Primordial Malzeno, I love this dragon a lot. I had a feeling things weren't what they seemed based on the story, and man I was right as I was slowly rising (HAH!) through the HRs and MRs since I didn't get Sunbreak immediately. There's a lot of poetry I can spin about this freaking dragon, it's kind of crazy, as I constantly think about this guy's origin. But alas, I will cut my rambles short there.

Just wanna take a moment to say thank you to anyone watching or passing through-- truly, these days, I do not get much time to draw confidently unless it's done well in advance and I still want to put something out there. Your patience has been great, and I hope you had a nice October and a nice start to November :D

I don't even have a witty description for this pic outside of how this is the first time I've really drawn this kind of angle before, a lot of experimentation was put into this because oh man Genshin designs are still painfully hard for me to draw with all those details, and the first boss in a longgg time that put the fear of god in me. Anyways, WOOO!

As much as I would've wanted to draw Marx Soul for the 457th time, I've never actually drawn Magolor Soul before! Clearly that has changed- rambles below the cut:

As a huge fan of Kirby ever since childhood (much like Pokemon and other series), this boss ended up hitting harder when the switch remaster dropped to be honest. Without spoiling anything, let's just say the True Arena and Traveler in Another Dimension made me very close to crying over Magolor. Heck, even listening to the boss theme has me almost a little emotional- I'm not afraid to admit that.

The lore of the Master Crown is beyond insane to me too- literally corrupting the user so much they almost take a mental backseat until they are completely eradicated from the original body on top of it. I mean, that almost goes for all soul forms in some capacity, but WOW Magolor's just hits different.

HAPPY SHADOW GENERATIONS RELEASE DAY! I will not be posting any spoilers relating to it without proper warnings as a heads up, but it could also be a while before I get to drawing stuff from this game. On another note, I got every single other pic done in advance and spent the remaining time (up until this got posted) working slowly but surely on this pic! More rambles under the cut btw-

I really wanted to go all out for Shadow, given how he was one of my favorite characters from childhood. He's impacted what kind of characters I tend to gravitate to without even realizing it up until some time ago-- makes me laugh but in a good way. Ever since playing Shadow the Hedgehog 2005 for myself and watching other older games he's appeared in, it's definitely safe to say he's a huge favorite of mine, given how much development he's gone through over the years. Heck, t's been such a long time since I've felt this immense amount of hype.

With this piece, I worried about it being too cluttered, so there was some experimentation done on this one; mostly for the background. Seems as though I don't draw Shadow enough though, as he's definitely more fun to sketch than I realized. I also tried including a few of his doom powers which were showcased in the trailer, so I hope it looks good! Some perspectives were also tricky, but I thank a few friends of mine with help in the early sketching stages on this. Absolutely proud of how this piece came out, and may everyone have a great time with Generations!

When someone says 'Guardians', most may think of the ones from Breath of the Wild, which is understandable. But I wonder how many think of the Silent Realm Guardians because LORD HAVE MERCY! These things made me scared of the silent realms as a kid, specifically Din's with how my brother and I found out the hard way that the one that floats and carries scythes can go through walls. Pretty music for sure, but the guardians will teach you what anxiety is in this Skyward Sword for sure
