Oh god Chapter 5 comes out on a wednesday.
The year is 2031, Deltarune chapter 7 releases, there's only 1 ending, your actions throught the game determine your final score on the school project.
There's something about my orange cat dying on a monday.
I don't wanna say "garfield-esque" at risk of sounding too unserious but I can't think of sny other way to describe it.
Man.
Something something the relationship between "The Else" as an album that responds to the terror of the Iraq war with fear and uncertainty and "The World is to Dig" as an album that responds to all of the terror of the current day with a defiant celebration of joy and an affirmation that in spite of it all, the world exists to be enjoyed
44 years of making music and those old geesers STILL GOT IT!!
Happy 20th anniversary to both these masterpieces
Donate to a family from Gaza
And while this is happening while people are buried under rubble, while children freeze in tents, while entire families vanish overnight powerful men sit comfortably and present plans for a “New Gaza.”
Clean slides. Perfect buildings. Investment numbers. A future imagined without the people who are currently being erased.
They talk about peace while bombs are still falling. They talk about rebuilding while destruction is ongoing. They draw maps over land that is soaked with blood and call it hope.
The ceasefire is a lie.
What’s happening is ethnic cleansing, repackaged with the language of development and diplomacy. You cannot build a “new” city by destroying the people who belong to it. You cannot promise a future while actively killing the present.
This isn’t peace. It’s violence with better branding.
Today, three journalists were killed in a single airstrike.
Not soldiers. Not fighters. Journalists. People who believed that if they kept documenting, if they kept filming, if they kept writing, the world would eventually care.
In Gaza, telling the truth has become one of the most dangerous things you can do. Holding a camera is treated like holding a weapon. Every photo risks your life. Every report could be your last.
They had names. Families. People waiting for them to come home. They were not numbers, and they were not mistakes. They were silenced because truth is inconvenient, because images expose what statements try to hide.
When journalists are killed, it’s not just lives that are lost it’s evidence. It’s memory. It’s the last barrier between reality and denial.

Donations for GAZA
This donation campaign is for ANAS family. Not for strangers, not for a cause I’m distant from but for the people who raised me, the people I love, the people I’m terrified of losing.
They are in Gaza, trying to survive something no human being should ever have to endure. Constant bombardment, displacement, hunger, fear, and the feeling that tomorrow is never guaranteed. Every day is about staying alive one more night.
If you choose to help, you are not donating to an abstract crisis. You are helping real people with names, memories, and lives that matter to me more than anything.

Who's this "April" and why is she fooling everyone?
Burn-out's beating me over the head with a metal pipe but i've managed to doodle through it. Barely. Have at you.
This Ramadan is not like any Ramadan we have ever known…
No home to shelter us,
No table that brings us together,
Only a cold tent and children asking, “What will we eat today?”
After losing everything, we are trying to start again with nothing but faith in God and the kindness of compassionate hearts.
My children do not only need food… they also need medical treatment that I cannot afford in these harsh conditions.
If my child does not receive his medication on time, his condition could seriously worsen. I live every day with fear in my heart, afraid that I won’t be able to protect him from getting sicker.
Donations have become very scarce in these extremely difficult times, and the suffering feels heavier than ever.
Ramadan is the month of mercy… and you may be the mercy God sends to us.
Please help us provide food and treatment for my children,
So they do not go to sleep hungry or in pain during this blessed month. 🤲🏻💔

This video shows ongoing, systematic demolitions in Gaza.
Homes are being destroyed, neighborhoods cleared, and entire areas wiped out even now, while a ceasefire is supposedly in place.
People are watching their houses disappear piece by piece.
Not during fighting.
Not in the middle of airstrikes.
But after everything, when they were told it was safe to breathe again.
The destruction didn’t stop.
It just became quieter.
These images show displacement tents set up right next to a heavily damaged building.
The building was hit before and is leaning, at risk of collapsing at any moment.
Families are living in these tents because they have no other place to go.
There are no safe areas left, no intact homes, no shelters to move to.
Leaving this spot doesn’t mean safety it just means being displaced again.
So people stay.
Not because they feel protected, but because this is the last option they have They sleep knowing the building beside them could fall.
They wake up hoping it doesn’t.
This is not temporary living This is forced survival.

Campaign Update
Hi Did i tell you guys how insane i am about the same 6 Wordgirl characters? Anywho!
Music taste headcanons for the Villain School villains because i like them and i like music and i like projecting!!
•The Coach
Genres: 70s/80sRock, art rock, glam rock.
Music artists: Queen, Talking Heads, Supertramp, The Jimi Hendrix Experience.
Albums: "A Night At The Opera" - Queen, "Fear Of Music" - Talking Heads, "Aladdin Sane" - David Bowie
•Was a teen during the Art-rock/Glam-rock and New Wave boom and completly fell in love with it, kind of wanted to become a muscician himself, overtime that faded and he stopped being so gung-ho about the bands but he still enjoys the music. Usually sticks by the same few bands, doesn't listen to newer music.
•The Whammer
Genres: Hair metal, prog-metal, punk rock, pop-rock.
Music artists: System Of A Down, Danger Danger, The Apex Theory, Wham!
Albums: "Steal This Album" - System Of A Down, "All The Right Reasons" - Nickelback, "Music From The Edge Of Heaven" - Wham!, "Nothing To Fear" - Oingo Boingo, "Junkyard" - Junkyard, "Dawn" - Danger Danger
•Discovered Metal and heavy rock through music channels and a couple of indie live shows, completly mesmerized by them, Despite gravitating towards heavier stuff he ocassionaly has a taste for more pop-y sounds. Pretty flexible and can (will) jam to pretty much anything that has a jam rythm, no matter the genre.
•Timmy Tim-Bo
Genres: alternative rock, Alt hip hop, Shoegaze, comedy rock.
Music artists: Blur, Ride, Gorillaz, Radiohead, Bloodhound Gang.
Albums: "Demon Days" - Gorillaz, "Think Tank" - Blur, "MM..FOOD" - MF DOOM, "The Bends" - Radiohead, "Hip To The Javabean" - Lemon Demon
•Got most of his music taste from his highschool friendgroup and classmates, lots of "early 2000s cool teen" sounds with some older stuff and some nerdy stuff thrown in there. Doesn't usually seek new bands by himself but he doesn't mind to be shown other music.
• Big Left Hand Guy
Genres: Rock, alternative rock, New Wave.
Music artists: Men At Work, They Might Be Giants, YES, Mono Puff.
Albums: "Business As Usual" - Men At Work, "Q: Are We Not Men? A: We Are DEVO" – DEVO, "They Might Be Giants" - They Might Be Giants, "It's Fun To Steal" - Mono Puff
•Found lots of "weird" 80s bands through second hand CDs and obscure music channel shows, liked them, ended up sticking with most of them. Still likes other genres and ocassionally seeks out new stuff but usually he listens to albums he already knows.
• Ms. Question
Genres: Art Rock, Goth-rock, jazz-rock, jazz fusion, experimental.
Music artists: The Who (only their early stuff) Siouxsie And The Banshees, Return To Forever, Duran Duran, David Bowie, Casiopea.
Albums: "Through The Looking Glass" - Siouxie And The Banshees, "The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars" - David Bowie, "Romantic Warrior" - Return To Forever, "Mint Jams" - Casiopea
•Started out with old 60s music since that's what her family listened to, got into goth-rock/post-punk in highschool but gradually started discovering other stuff like Art-Rock, New Wave, Jazz-adjecented genres and the such. Preffers her music over others' and sometimes brags about listening to "older bands".
• Invisi-Bill
Genres: Doo-wop, Jazz, Swing, Ragtime, Soft Rock, Jazz fusion.
Music artists: Tom Lehrer, The Glenn Miller Orchestra, Paul Anka, The Ronettes, Taco.
Albums: "Revisited" - Tom Lehrer, "Pure Gold" - Glenn Miller, "Presenting The Fabulous Ronettes" - The Ronettes, "Flood" - They Might Be Giants, "A Day At The Races" - Queen
•Went through old late-40s/50s/early-60s records his family didn't bother to throw out, ended up liking lots of old-timey bands/genres as a result. Despite gravitating towards these older sounds by himself he's incredibly flexible and very likely to like the music his friends show him.
My dad has recently learned about the existence of Therians and i find it surprising that he finds them weird.
"Haha isn't it so strange that they act like animals?" My brother in christ i meow at you every day and you meow back.
So so so many thoughts in my head and yet when i try to write them down suddenly none of them are coherent.
Squeak. I have a freakish amount of motivation
I hear there's an animated music video in the works. Anything about it that we're allowed to know about?
JF: it's cool. It involves the Mesopotamians.
