I get wordy when I'm trying to be polite in a situation that calls for choice words, something slamming, and the death glare. If you've ever dealt directly with... well anyone... Is anyone talking about how quickly clients fly of the handle when they misunderstand a brief email? Now that's a mess to clean up.
