yknow in Roblox theres a pretty large amount of games thats in their alpha/early access stage but it always makes me wonder: What’s Beta supposed to look like? Whats full release gonna feel like to play?

PHIGHTING!s in alpha and i’ve fuckin booked it from Forsaken and last i checked theyre still in alpha, but what will the differences be for when they hit the beta stage? Sure, okay, maybe PHIGHTING might have crossroads finished and maybe that intermission area between rounds done, but wheres the concrete line gonna be drawn? What’s their plan and vision? Bloxburg was in Alpha for so long, it skipped beta and became a full release with barely any changes. Like Come On

Not to be rude but its starting to feel like games just want to hide behind these tags so that whenever someone feels their game is flawed, they can respond with the fact that it’s not at its best, and that the finished version will meet demands. The developers wouldn’t have to own up to the fact that people dont like their game if there’s the dangling promise that a “full release” would fix all of their problems and that they’re only valid temporarily.

And i know this sounds really accusatory, but PHIGHTING! has an entire digital comic being worked on to flesh out its worldbuilding and i think thats super cool. just…. that doesn’t feel like a very alpha thing. maybe for a game that was in beta, but in its alpha stages? You really need to focus more on developing the game and getting it closer to being something finished.

I do have to shout out Defend the Train for being a roblox game that doesnt do this tho. been a fan since alpha and i watched that game grow up like a baby toddler. beautiful work, and i know that theres a ton of small games out there doing the exact same. those are the games i fuckin looove for that

one of my friends has an oc and they were trying to come up with a “boss” figure for them and they came up with the idea of having the oc communicate to someone over radio.. except the person on the other side isnt real and its rather a complex machine of pre recorded messages.

i tried playing Rate My Avatar 2 without chat and it was like attending a party. you sorta just sit there and oretend youre doing something and watch crowds say something you dont really get to understand

ah shit fuck i gotta redo everything so its on a passport im not taking chances

good thing is at least the passport image of my face is monochrome. i dont wanna touch any of the official formatting except changing my name to save my ass, which makes me sad cuz i wanna poison the ai as much as possible but i know that passports are something they have down tight and its probably faces theyre after, not document formatting.

so theyre probably trying to scan passport formatting to minimize risk of ai forgery, but valuing facial imagery because face verification is the only other option so im assuming thats what mr basczuki wants. fuck him im not spelling that right or at least im not checking

my philosophy on it is that i do not like being a cog in the deepfake-corporate-crimes machine, but not just that, i think poisoning them with altered faces is a significantly better idea than lessening their supply

i have an id, and i can take a photo of my face, and i plan on using an art program to subtly create an id with a photo thats ever so slightly messed up to shit. if it works i can send you guys it if anyones that desperate to verify without giving roblox their face??? maybe????

so far i have:

given myself the Third nostril

shown my Alpha Rage to the verifiers by making my eyes turn Red (i was Mad st verifying)

shaved only the direct middles of my eyebrows

gave myself a little green heart drawing on my cheek (eh no real reason)

STRAIGHT circle hole through my hair. im talking someone punched a hole through it

only one of the ears is now slightly elongated

if a human is overseeing this i am FUCKED. i gotta have faith its a bot or i risk total fucking account deletion. i could “easily” pull up a thispersondoesnotexist.com face and forge that but i REALLY want to poison the systems even if its next to worthless. PRAYYYY

back when the innovation awards were called “the bloxies” and “anthro” was the biggest threat on earth i kept hearing about this weird game called entry point. at the time though my biggest interests were in Super Hero Tycoon games so i didnt really care

okay so a good 9 years later after i heard more about it ive both played a relatively good chunk and watched a few lore videos and cried my eyes out. entry point was just a few years too early. if it released like 2020-today it wouldve been the fucking shit

its a strategy most dont look well upon, but you can actually taunt the killer without usage of any abilities. turns out becoming a fucking eyesore and doing the "tidy" emote in front of the killer whenever theyre stunned is a great way to divert attention off of key supports like caretakers or bugles. Exhibit A

how overly toxic and stupid do i need to look for my emoting to be ironic? or does it not work that way
