my therapy session went well :D i got to open my drawing tablet with my therapist and we talked abt my bpd symptoms being more activated and decided we're gonna do attachment work bc my attachment wounds are nowhere near healed 😭😭 she gave me two workbooks to look at and work out of!!! ^_^ she also was excited/happy that i signed in as parker LOL
