Plane Crash At Owerri Airport Tonight: What We Know So Far
The aircraft was flying from Kaduna toward Port Harcourt but diverted to Owerri. During landing, it hit the runway, flipped over, and came to rest upside down. Four people were on board; all survived, though two were reported to be in critical condition.

Nigerian Couple Arrested For Kidnapping ICE Agents Who Came To Arrest Them
According to federal court documents and local news reports, the incident happened on December 10, 2025, in Plymouth, Minnesota. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), a branch of the Department of Homeland Security, was watching an apartment parking lot.
Agents were looking for 24-year-old Nigerian national Oluwadamilola Ogooluwa Bamigboye, who had overstayed a student visa. He arrived in a Jeep SUV driven by Rekeya Lionesha Lee Frazier, a 23-year-old American woman. Three agents approached, showed badges, and said they were police from HSI who wanted to talk about his immigration status.
According to an FBI affidavit reported by outlets like KARE 11, Bamigboye got back into the front seat. One agent sat in the back seat to speak with him, another stood near the open door. Bamigboye pushed the agent away and told Frazier to drive. She sped out of the lot with the agent still inside.…continue reading
