Maybe this is an unpopular opinion, but I've never understood why some people treat writing partners like they're actual romantic partners.

A writing partner and a love interest aren't the same thing.

Your characters can be dating, married, flirting, whatever. That doesn't automatically mean the writers are interested in each other.

Unless something was actually discussed outside of RP, it's weird to assume exclusivity, ownership, or romantic intent from somebody just because they write with you.

Most people come here to write stories, make friends, share edits, enjoy fandoms, and have fun. Not everyone is looking for a relationship.

If someone says they're only interested in writing, that should be the end of it.

The fact that so many women supported that man killing page is very concerning. I'm a man in real life and yeah, it's pretty hurtful. But women aren't supposed to care about men's opinions or feelings. We're just trash and all. Literally I'm not even a toxic person. I haven't touched the ASOFAI verse or interacted with any of the writers for maybe a year after season one of HOTD aired. Mind you idk how much of it changed but the verse was very welcoming back when I wrote as Aerea Targaryen ( 𝐖𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐇 & 𝐑𝐔𝐈𝐍! ). I didn't think it was super cliquey.
