I guess first things first. Let’s set a tone for how I feel as a fan.

Now the depression starts.

There’s people I’ve been interacting with on here for months, I’ve made sure to have their back. Only now to be invisible to them because of one J2 critical post... one... that was triggerd by my PTSD (professionally diagnosed not the standard misuse of the terms). I appropriately tagged so that anybody that don’t want to see any kind of J2 criticism wouldn’t have to see it.

Being ignored in the comments, having people bury their interactions with me by posting it in a way that it will get the least visibility compared to similar interactions which are tagged for maximum visibility. Sam-Cordel-Walker unfollowed me immediately after the J2 critical post.

I wish I could go back in time and tell myself to enjoy Supernatural solo. Warn me to never go online about it, or go to conventions. Then I could remain blissfully ignorant to how this fandom manages to make you suicidal over a sci-fi/fantasy show.

Oh and for the record I’m allowed to criticize J2 involving themselves in Misha’s BS in a way that makes hellers feel rewarded in any way after all the problematic things they and he have done. It doesn’t mean I don’t like J2. Because I’m a trauma survivor I have very real issues with bad things being rewarded/ignored rather than addressed/punished.

But have fun hating me for literally no reason and pulling the whole “you can’t sit with us”. Its stuff like this why I didn’t interact at all in fandom for so long. I found out the hard way after I realized Misha isn’t what I thought he was and stopped being a fan. Now I’m finding out all over again even though I still love SPN and J2.

I guess every faction of the SPN fandom is exactly the same. One person decides to be annoyed with you for weird reasons that make no sense and suddenly nobody is allowed to talk to you anymore.

If they’ve got him to do so many cameos trying to get destiel validation. That means this small group of people have spent about $20K (not including virtual panels) in the space of only a couple of months on nothing but seeking out pandering to their crack fanon ship. This is why their victimhood mentality doesn’t work. These are an incredibly privileged (and very entitled) group trying to act like they’ve been abused in some way because a show about monster hunting brothers ended with monster hunting brothers. Don’t even get me started on the ones that claim they discussed it with a therapist (the privilege of having access to mental health services and wasting them on this bullshit) These people are NOT marginalized or oppressed. They are pathological lying bullies that are far too used to life just handing them what they want (much like their “overlord”) and in this one instant, that didn’t happen. And because of their immense privilege they clearly think they can simply throw enough money at a situation and they will get their way. While also constantly seeking sympathy like they’ve experienced some great injustice. It’s really gross!

Jared promoting scummy Stands, Jensen getting involved in scammy fake charity Gish, which will only further encourage the most toxic shippers in fandom and he can’t be so stupid to not know how this is going to reward the worst people while also putting money in Misha’s pocket at the same time. The same guy who has done nothing but talk shit since the show ended.

Wtf is wrong with them! Does Misha have dirt on them? Are they just as bad as he is? What kind of dumb masochist keeps giving support to people who do nothing but throw you under the bus and encourage people to bully you every chance they get?
