utdr fans will convince themselves that actual straight-up woody from toy story is gonna have major significance to the plot and is connected to some demonic cat creature whose role/identity is still shrouded in mystery because of an unrelated shitpost toby posted to tumblr like a decade ago that was rediscovered and went viral around ch2, but if you so much as imply that ralsei wants to be a girl they'll act like you shot their dog
im starting to think a lot of ppl might not have realized that the whole mike thing is poking fun at them specifically
you ever see something that at first makes you go "oh I'm not a fan of that" but as time goes on and you see/think about it more you reach AM levels of hatred for that thing
dude i don't normally like to dig at peoples fun i generally think people having fun is good but it is slightly disheartening when there's a really really good story about a strong platonic relationship and then the only thing the fans can do is ship the characters or worse make a crack ship with an unrelated character from another media because it's like they can't STAND a lack of romance in media like they absolutely must try to insert romance where it is absolutely not needed or relevant and honestly sours the story/media a lot more for me or they'll Die because they can't just be happy with a really good platonic relationship. it makes me very sad as a demiromantic girlie.

i can understand all of the multigender/bigender/genderfluid/whatever headcanons for ralsei. there is textual evidence for that. i would, however appreciate if the people headcanoning this could look deeper into the subtext of these scenes?
was her saying that she could be a prince if kris wanted her to be her saying that she was genderfluid, or was she saying that to further herself by immediately submitting herself to whatever kris wanted?
was she ‘comfortable’ in her masculinity before any of this happened, just by reading into the subtext a little bit?
and although i doubt anyone who actually believes in these headcanons will try the next one,
why are you headcanoning her as this? why are you believing so hard that ralsei, the character who is commonly portrayed as being forced into a masculine role, who is heavily hinted at being a trans girl, beloved by transfems for encapsulating their feelings, as something that isn’t a trans girl?
genuinely, why can’t you just let her be a woman?
