So I haven't seen much of the Reality Shifting community on here and Im hoping this will help me out. Does anyone got any methods for someone who has a very hard time with focusing and has a busy environment? Ive been trying so hard but am so easily distracted even when getting close signs. I've tried alot of methods but something just isn't clicking, I've meditated, tried herbal teas and listened to many shifting meditation videos and have had no luck
