I followed the order that the "How to Not Draw" video gave me for Doofenshmirtz. And the order was eyes, eyebrows, nose, mouth (bottom half) and then fill in everything else and add hair. And I'm thinking HUH???

But it works?????

Checked a couple of Dan Povenmire videos and yes he does draw Doofenshmirtz eyes first
