hey guys! it’s in the description of the fundraiser but i need a little help. i’ve been spiraling with anxiety / dysphoria about my voice for the past few months and ignoring it is not working for me anymore. i am not on health insurance because i cannot afford it and i was kicked from my mom’s because she could no longer afford it. if i wanted to get started on hormone therapy it would be $200 for the initial appointment alone. i don’t have that kind of money sitting around and i likely won’t be able to start saving up until i am not paying so much for my car ( about two years ). but i can’t wait that long, if things keep going the way they are i’m looking at having a very hard time continuing to exist in my current routine. my job requires i talk, a lot, and to the average person this doesn’t seem like a big deal but when you hate your own voice like this hearing it is like a constant reminder to myself and my anxiety that its likely a majority of the world hears me and hears a “female.”

i was on a good track, i was in therapy and now i am struggling to get dressed for work every day because i just don’t want to continue my life feeling like i am unable to work towards becoming more comfortable with myself. so please if you can share this just to get the word out i would greatly appreciate it. the link to the fundraiser is: here.

So I’m moving in two weeks which means my already fluctuating activity will continue to be all over the place.
