I posted A Letter to the IkeSen Fandom about 72 hours ago. It has more likes and REBLOGS with long replies then any of my other posts.

If you think you’re feeling as if your concerns or problems about the game are just yours. Here’s almost 200 individuals who have voiced them in a post on tumblr.

But,

CYBIRD DOES NOT LOOK AT SOCIAL MEDIA FOR FEEDBACK.

Let’s make sure they get this:

IN THEIR INBOX.

I noticed that the other Cybird games have some of the concerns that IkeSen users have. I do not play any of the other games BUT I have been reading each and everyone of your replies, reblogs, and tags. There seems to be one unifying theme.

The user’s feedback in the fandoms are not being looked at in their social media communities.

Cybird is absent in their community. In. Their. Own. Community.

I don’t know if it’s always been like this, but when I started my tumblr around Feburary 2018, there was this post tagged staff blog. Introducing staff and I had thought there might have been someone in the community looking at our comments or engaging with the fandom, but as the years go by, there isn’t anyone here to engage with us. There’s a MAJOR disconnect with their user base.

We are clearly not being heard here on social media. So, let’s SEND IT STRAIGHT TO THEM.

But, lordbunshin, how?

Send them an in-game customer support ticket. Go to the Settings from the Menu > Help > Find Customer Service.

Send them an email. (Remember those?) Find the game you are playing in your application store and find their email or look HERE for their post about customer service.

Rate or change your review in their app store.

We are a community. Let’s make sure we’re heard.
