today’s the day!! sorry for the delay yesterday, pip had a very hectic day, but almost everything is in order now and she’s just cleaning up the last few things and will be putting the site back online around noon est. 

all reserves on faces have been extended to 06 nov.

ok guys, it’s official--we’ll be opening again for real tomorrow before noon est! the admins need to fix up some of their graphics for the new sizes and stuff but after that we’ll be alllll set for you guys, so keep an eye out for the link to go up again!

for those of you who want to get a head start, the av is 225x330, there’s a 350x500 profile image, and there are two 400x400 app images to add. that should pretty much have you ready!

hi guys! we know it's been quiet around here, but never fear, we are still in this game! there have been some issues with coding and having to change skins, so we are going to set the board offline while we get a new one installed. you're welcome to hang with us in the cbox during this time. the link for our soft opening will go up again at such time as we are properly equipped to host you guys. sorry for the delay, but this is what soft openings are for, right? hopefully we will still be up and running before our originally announced day of the 31st.

personally i would prefer they not be autoplaying, and here's why: as someone with anxiety, sudden unexpected loud sounds (autoplay on blogs etc) tend to set my heart racing, and due to my condition it's hard to get it back to normal. i like having mp3's but it's hard to regulate how loud or sudden they are if they autoplay, and i would much prefer they not if you do choose to have mp3's

don’t worry boo, we were not planning on making them autoplay. i should’ve specified that in my last answer!

there weren’t before, but our coding admin is 100% susceptible to peer pressure, so we’ll probably be adding mp3s in as we finish up all the housekeeping around the site before soft open! (edit to add: they won’t be autoplay though, sorry–admin preference!)

Dear Mr. Winters,

This is the third application you have submitted to the Special Committee to obtain a late night permit in order to collect your wife from her place of work after her night shift. Unfortunately we must again deny this request as we see no grounds for concern about her safety. As a native resident of Finchley you know that safety is the utmost concern for the town. Your wife safety is nearly 100% guaranteed in our beautiful town. The disappearance of your father is unfortunate but a very rare occurrence and not grounds for a special permit.

Please remember Mr. Winters that no matter your concern, you are not to be out after hours yourself without a permit. Should you think of a valid reason to need one, not in relation to your wife, we will be happy to review it.
