Some of these were darker than others but all were tddk and spooky so I'm happy! I hope you enjoy them and I'm grateful to everyone's participation!

I had such a time experimenting with this sort of storybook style! Thanks so much to my partner for writing such an intriguing fic around one of my favorite myths! Doomed loves is my soft angst spot but don't worry it's a happy ending! Eventually! :)

Dreams vs Destinies

Summary:

Midoriya Izuku had always loved drawing. He had wanted to be a great comic writer like his father. It had been the major bridge between them, until jealousy and insecurity driven alcohol abuse burned it. Izuku abandoned drawing to pursue medicine and the necessary funds to help his mother. While in school he returned to drawing for stress relief, accidentally creating a successful comic under a pseudonym. Dimension Dreamer was about a young man with the ability to travel between dimensions. He dreads the day his identity was discovered since his father would see it as competition. This careful balance is shattered when his father vanishes. While searching his office, Izuku learns that his father believed that the main character in his own popular comic (D: Destinies), Todoroki Shouto, was coming to life and that he needed to kill him off. Izuku is drawn further into the conflict between them when he is dragged into the comic himself and discovers that there was a whole world behind the pages of both of their comics. Now, he has to fight on two fronts with the lives of two dimensions hanging in the balance, and maybe not fall in love with his father's main character while he was at it...

Shoto's the son of a high ranked admiral (begrudgingly so) and Izuku is the pirate who offers him a life of freedom and adventure on the high seas. It wasn't hard for Shoto to say yes.

Tododeku Week 2025! Day 1! Addiction! Shoto dislikes most reds. But Izuku's red is the exception. The shades of red are so varied depending on what hug or kiss Shoto gives- Sometimes Izuku is pink, sometimes bright crimson but always Izuku's red belongs to Shoto💕
