I had the idea to make this blog in response to recent developments in fandom that can make it feel like a harsh and unwelcoming place.
It doesn't have to be.
One of the things HP has taught many of us is, to treat others with kindness and respect. And that's what I aim to do with this blog -- sprinkle some kindness in the fandom, and shine a light on the good things.
You are all invited to join me!
You can give someone in fandom a shout-out for something nice they did for you. Or maybe you wanted to give someone a compliment for being a good friend.
Anything really, as long as it is positive and supportive. :-)
Besides that, you can also give a shout-out to a gorgeous story you've read that only has a few comments (especially for bigger pairings, I consider anything under 300 comments as "few").
Fanart too! Just don't forget to credit the artist, so they get the support they deserve... I’d love to see smaller artists be posted, but basically all are welcome.
Let's see what good the fandom still produces, almost a decade after the last film premiered.
