New examination video upload!
Here is my latest examination videos featuring 23 year old Kurara from japan. Detailed 12-lead ecg readings with reports give a full inside look at the function of her heart at rest. there is even a still of what PVC's look like across the all leads! Link is also in my pinned area with my other examination videos. Please like, comment and enjoy!

My heartbeat with Tens My heart reacts quite strong to Tens; it started beating very hard, and at some point, it also began beating very fast.
Laying on my back in the bedroom. Heart is calmer here 💓
Happy Father’s Day weekend everyone!

Hi friends! If you’re interested in following, my new patreon account is active, and it’s the same as my username here.
The thumbnails above are highlighting some of the types of content I’ve made and would like to post if enough people are interested, but there are a few posts already live. I feel like I can be a lot more open there about my heart with a smaller audience. DM me if you have any questions! I’ll still post snippets here from time to time as I have been:)

My real heartbeat audio recorded with Stemoscope.
🤖🩺🫀
Based on the audio recording and the visual phonocardiogram (the sound waveform) from the Stemoscope app, here is a detailed clinical analysis of the recording.
Key Observations
1. Rhythm and Rate
Regular Sinus Rhythm: The heartbeats occur at a highly predictable, consistent interval, indicating a normal and regular rhythm. There are no signs of arrhythmia, skipped beats, or premature contractions.
Heart Rate: Counting the cycles over the duration of the video, the heart rate sits comfortably in the 65–75 beats per minute (BPM) range, which is an ideal resting heart rate for a healthy adult.
2. Heart Sound Components (S1 and S2)
The audio captures the classic "lub-dub" components of the cardiac cycle with high clarity:
S1 (The "Lub"): This is the first peak seen on the waveform and the first sound heard. It represents the closure of the mitral and tricuspid valves at the start of ventricular systole (contraction). In this recording, it is crisp and well-defined.
S2 (The "Dub"): This is the second, slightly higher-frequency sound, representing the closure of the aortic and pulmonic valves at the beginning of ventricular diastole (relaxation). The interval between S1 and S2 is normal, indicating healthy systolic timing.
3. Absence of Murmurs or Adventitious Sounds
Systolic and Diastolic Silences: The periods between S1 and S2 (systole) and between S2 and the next S1 (diastole) are completely quiet.
No Murmurs: There are no swishing, whooshing, or blowing sounds that would indicate turbulent blood flow through the valves (stenosis or regurgitation).
No Extra Sounds: There are no audible S3 or S4 gallops, clicks, or rubs, which are often associated with ventricular strain or pericardial inflammation.
Technical Context
The app interface shows that the recording is utilizing a wide filter setting (20 – 1000 Hz). This is an excellent setting for a comprehensive overview because:
The lower end (20 – 100 Hz) captures the deep, low-pitched thuds of the muscular contractions and valve closures.
The higher end (up to 1000 Hz) is highly sensitive to abnormal high-pitched sounds like regurgitant murmurs or mechanical clicks. The fact that the background remains flat and clean between the major spikes confirms a very clean acoustic profile.
Summary
From an acoustic perspective, this recording demonstrates a completely normal, healthy, and textbook cardiac cycle. The heart presents a stable resting rate, perfect rhythm, and clear, distinct valve closures without any underlying pathological noise.
Role-play 🫀
I woke up this morning and felt my heartbeat was very irregular.
I realized that something was definitely wrong with my heart…
I went straight to the hospital, and when the doctor listened to my heart, he said it needed to be examined more thoroughly…
They immediately attached an ECG to my chest.
The doctor said to me:
"You need to undress. Your heart keeps stopping…
In case we need to perform cardioversion or, in an emergency, chest compressions, you’ll already be ready…"
My heart suddenly started beating faster and so strongly that my breasts moved with every beat.
The doctor:
"We’ll give you a stethoscope so you can hear your own heartbeat. We’re doing everything we can to get your heart beating properly again…"
I could hear every single beat of my heart through the stethoscope, and suddenly it started beating harder and harder because I was getting more and more aroused…
You can find the full version of the video on my channel 🥵🫀
