To everyone doing Fan Joy July started by @kikker-oma , I am very proud of you. No matter what your style and medium are, thank you for sending your appreciation to your favourite writers one artwork at a time.

To all the fan writers: whether your works got featured this year or in the past; whether you are hoping for an art gift and still waiting for one to arrive in the ping; and whether you write just for your own sanity or that of a few friends—your writing has been a gift to the community. Thank you for making the multitude of adventures come true.

when you find a fanfic writer whose work just sings to you… i would read anything you write…. i would wade into a tag no matter how deranged… i would travel to the ends of the earth for you if only to soothe your little oyster shell just so you would be comfortable enough to make another pearl whenever you felt like it … i would love you tenderly and support you as you carefully place every grain of sand onto your little castle, regardless of how long it takes, if only to enjoy your words just a little longer

I have been wanting to do this for a while but I thought now was a good time to do a writer appreciation post, because I'm starting a Gator and reader fic and I struggle with writing 😂 ( I might not finish it or post it, but I wanted to try so we'll see if I actually finish it 😂) I've seen posts like this and I wanted to make my own to show my appreciation for all the hard work and time it takes <3
