Thank you! Not sure if I can explain well but I usually draw parts of the body like a blocky doll (in red). I start with the head and then the upper torso and then the pelvis area to get the general weight distribution and pose and then connect them together with lines in between to make sure they’re aligned and then I add legs and then arms and then add muscle definition wherever needed. I try to use more triangles and trapezoids for the more dynamic parts of the body. I hope this helped a little!

Tbh I can’t really remember I think I watched some old Ethan Becker videos and other stray ones that popped up on my YouTube feed but most of what I learned came from observing more experienced artists work and going on Pinterest/google for posing and anatomy! I usually try to break down the bodies into simpler shapes usually trapezoids and triangles because they feel more dynamic and less stiff if that helps!
