Our prop makers use high-density polystyrene and they sculpt using a wide range of techniques – including CNC machining and more traditional hand sculpting. Everybody is always amazed at the detail and lifelike qualities that can be achieved by a skilled prop maker, and we have the best at Spur who are able to transform a block of polystyrene into anything you can imagine. Once the polystyrene has been carved it can be coated with a variety of finishes, giving it the protection it needs prior to painting or a paint effect which might be a marble effect, wood grain effect or concrete. we are able to match our props to your products very accurately, replicating proportions, colours and labelling exactly.
