That's what it said. Kenji stared at the confused little avatar looking back at him as he tried again to find a network. It was a fruitless effort.
There was absolutely no way that Oz was down again; there'd be more of an uproar if that was the case. And he was pretty sure that it wasn't his phone-- it was connected just a little while before he reached the campus.
"W..why isn't this working...?" The school didn't have their own wifi, right? There would have been some mention of it in all the student packets that were mailed to him, right? Even the school's website didn't say anything about it, so it couldn't be that. Maybe he just wasn't in a good spot? Kenji held up his phone as high as he could, but nothing showed up. With his hands still in the air, Kenji took a few steps to the right and went a bit more to the left. After some more flailing, something showed up on his phone.

There was only one bar, but at least he found something! All he had to do now was ask someone if they knew the password. And that... shouldn't be... too... hard...
