Not tryna sound rude in any way but I’ve noticed there’s a line from the homeowners nose to his mouth in your art style, what’s that for? Or is it just a little detail you add in for fun?

He actually has a cleft lip!! (It used to just be a lip scar)

I added it to give him as a flaw to make him look more like.. well a human. I want his face to look a lot more imperfect to show how human he is, compared to a visitor which kinda look perfect less little flicks a things that make them seem real!! (Also why I’m starting to draw him with moles and freckles on his face! And his Uber yellowed teeth)

Also the way I’m doing it is to represent an animal, not a specific type but I call him a rabbit. Prey animal. as the pale visitor is represented for me as a dog or predator animal

they feed into that trope
