I’m in such a bad place and I don’t know where to go. I’ve lost all motivation to do anything. It’s caused me to slack and make mistakes at work. I’ve been letting people down and letting myself down. I truly don’t know what to do. I keep telling myself to push and try harder in situations but I just end up giving up. I’ve never been this upset w/ myself.
