Also guys. So my cousin lives with us for right now, idk if I’ve said that before or not. But she lives here with her baby. And she is just an awful person. Like truly. She has a lot of childhood trauma but she uses that as an excuse to act however she wants. Me and my husband both have trauma as well but we use that as motivation to be better. Like even her mom has called her a POS, it’s that serious. But anyway. I was coming home from work on Friday and my husband messaged me saying that she just packed a bunch of her stuff in her car and left. Which we’re used to her coming and going, she goes to her boyfriend’s house a lot. But he lives 10 min from here so she never packs anything. So he thought this was weird. So then we spent the evening trying to figure out where she’s going, just cuz we were curious. She has never packed up a bunch of stuff like that so we’re like “is she moving out? Is she going on a trip?” And if she’s moving out and not telling us then we would need to know asap so we can plan for rent. Anyway. I have her location so I’m lowkey stalking her for a while and she just keeps going north so then we were REALLY confused. She kept going until she was in another state?? So then I decided to message her and discretely figure out where she’s going. Turns out she was going to Virginia! (We live in Florida). And her reasoning was because she was “bored”. Which like okay whatever you do you I guess. But then her mom (my aunt) called me Saturday morning in a panic and was like “where’s my daughter? What’s going on?” So turns out she not only didn’t tell me where she was going, but she also didn’t tell her mom! Which is suuuper weird and immediately made both of us feel off. And while I was on the phone with her, I said that my husband saw her packing a bunch of her stuff. So my aunt let me go in her room cuz she wanted to know how much stuff was left. Miss girl packed nearly everything!! There’s no sheets on her bed, her drawers are empty, there’s only a couple jackets in the closet. And mind you, she said she’s only gonna be up there for a few days. Why are you packing your entire room for a few days?? 🤨 so now her mom and I both have a feeling that she’s not actually coming back. But her mom said she has a job interview on Wednesday so if she’s not back for that then she’s just not coming back. So I guess we’ll see. She’s also been ignoring her mom’s calls and texts the whole time which is also suspicious

I start a new job today 😁 it’s a full time job instead of the part time job I’ve had for the past couple months. I liked the job I had (I was a host) but I just cant live off of 16 hours a week. Although I had to get up at 4:30am for this job 😭 cuz we cant afford daycare right now so until we can, my husbands mom is gonna watch our daughter. But she lives 35 minutes away from us, and my new job is 30 minutes from her and starts at 7am. Which I don’t actually NEED to wake up at 4:30, but that’s when my husband leaves for work and I don’t trust myself to wake up to an alarm yet so he’s gonna wake me up before he goes until I get more comfortable waking up at that time. Cuz I am NOT a morning person so it’s hard for me to wake up early. That’s why whenever I’d have like an early flight in the past, I’d just stay up all night

Guys I’m so stupid. I asked for the 23rd off cuz my husband’s work is having a family event that we’re going to that his job is paying for, and I got it approved so yippee. But I forgot to ask for his birthday off as well. And then I got scheduled for his birthday. And I asked my coworker if she would take it cuz she loves taking shifts, but she asked to swap instead. And I didn’t pay attention to the day she was wanting to swap for but it turned out to be a shift on the 23rd 😭 😭 I released it after I noticed but no one else has picked it up yet and they probably won’t. I won’t be able to make it tho so I’m probably gonna have to call out and idk what to use as an excuse. Cuz I already called out last Saturday by saying my daughter was sick (which she gets sick very easily and she spikes 104-105 fevers when she’s sick) so I cant use that again. Plus it was already an approved day off so I don’t want them to think I’m stupid 😭

So yesterday, my husband and I were out and about and we went to Goodwill. And we were looking at the appliances at one point and they had some scales there. And I wanted to see if one worked so I put it on the floor and stood on it. It worked surprisingly and it said I was 99lbs 😭 which it probably wasn’t fully accurate. I had just drank a full coffee, and I was dressed, and I had my purse on. When I first saw that number tho I def got jumpscared a bit lmao. But now I’m tempted to get a scale from goodwill and just hide it so I can keep up with my weight. Idk where I would hide it tho :( I just wanna get an accurate result 😭

I just worked a double, FINALLY was able to go home, and my baby isn’t even here 😭

It’s Mother’s Day and I just wanna see my baby 😔 BUT the house is empty so I’m gonna use this time to try to relax, do a bit of self care, and enjoy the little bit of free time I’ll have until my next day off which isn’t for another week 😭 😭 I’m working 9 days in a row

So I’ve been trying to trigger a relapse for a hot minute cuz I wanna start restricting again and it’s like kinda working? But also not really? But I just remembered some ✨ motivation ✨

My face has been breaking out BAD lately and I remembered that my face usually clears up when I’m fully restricting, not this half-assed stuff I’ve been doing. So maybe that’ll be what finally tips me over the edge!!

Is anyone in therapy? Or used to be in therapy? I was in it for a whole like two months a few years ago, but it was online. But my husband just set up an in-person appt for me in a little less than three weeks and I’m nervous! It’ll be my first time actually being face to face. What should I expect? What usually happens at the first appt? Am I gonna ease into things or am I gonna walk in and immediately jump into my deepest darkest traumas?
