Cessna 177 Cardinal.

She's a single-engine high-wing and first produced in 1968. They don't make them like they used to. Look at her. She fits four people total, one crew and three passengers. She's got a wingspan of 35ft and 6in. Not built for speed, more of a private cruiser, but she's gorgeous. My favorites are the red painted models. Sleek and built perfectly. She does exactly what she was made for.

The 747 Jumbo jet is also very beautiful, though this time for her engineering. An aviation marvel. She also has a nice distance between her engines and the rear wings look nice comparatively to the rest of the body.

Because it flies 3 times the speed of sound it gets to be around 600°F externally, meaning its external skin was made with a titanium alloy (as that temperature would melt the usual aluminium airframe)! This also means the tires have to retract into the wings during flight or they'd also melt.

It does! It's a beautiful aircraft! I also remember reading somewhere that pikots have to wear special suits to fly it, maybe based on how high they intend to go.

Introduced in '66, the Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird is/was a reconnaissance craft. She traveled at above Mach 3 and is now since retired. She was built for a flight crew of two with typical recon tandem cockpits. While carrying radar countermeasures, the craft's black paint, ceiling limit, and high speed rendered her near invulnerable at her time of operation. Wingspan of 55ft 7in, 107ft 5in in length, and 18ft 6in tall. Max speed of Mach 3.3, service ceiling 85,000ft.
