Training Log - 5/10
Today, I set up the bike again to do some indoor training with the Sufferfest app. I really like the way the app works, but need to get some new batteries for my sensors - regardless, I did a 20minute base workout and the details are outlined below. The sensors didn’t really work. My heart rate was at 150 pretty quick but the band wasn’t reading correctly. Once I get the sensors working, it should be a good way to train although I hate the mag trainer. I may need to find a new one. Anyway, I burned some calories and got on the bike, so that is a success in my mind.
