ooc;; Hey all! Thanks to everyone who hasn’t Ditched my blog yet

so new announcement on the state of this blog! this blog’s going down! i don’t have enough dedicated kirb muse like i used to to keep my kirb muses on their own blog. especially since i’ve already got two others to focus on.

that bein said, these muses are moving!! I’ve got a multimuse with other muses i really like playing already, and i’ve decided i’m gonna add these guys there also! i was,,, trying to avoid doin that bc multis don’t get the follows single-fandom blogs do but at this point i just want these losers to Live

they’re still a liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiittle wip rn?? but it should be good! so hop onto my multi HERE to see at least the main 3 back in action. others’ll follow once i get back in the Kirby groove

The world had been truly torn asunder, in the greatest attack Kirby had ever seen.

A match meant to be a struggle was turned into a slaughter. The enormous being of light and feathers, which they had spent much time preparing to battle... had overtaken them far faster than anticipated. Beams of light scattered throughout the world, encasing the fighters and ending their lives. Friends Kirby had grown to care for... taken instantly by the light.

It may be the hardest Kirby had to work to fight for his life. Even the skull being that had broken his body and split his soul didn’t come so close to finishing him off. But with the power of his Warp Star... he’d done it. He escaped the catastrophe, in a brief burst of star matter as he broke the sound barrier and avoided the calamity the being had brought among the rest of the world... the solar system. Perhaps even more...

Of course, Kirby had to land sooner or later, and fortunately, it wasn’t until the strike was over that his Warp Star ran out of steam... when Galeem had all but forgotten about him. The little star landed in the “new world” that it had left behind. He gazed upon the deserted land, covered in spirits and flawed copies of the other fighters. Had they truly lost? Was this how the world was left now?

Well, fortunately, that sort of question isn’t the sort of thing Kirby would stop to think about. Where there’s a will, there’s a way - where there’s even the smallest hope, Kirby would find it. Whatever he could save, he would save it - whatever he could do to make things right and stop Galeem, he would do it.

One nub after another, the star rushed out into this new world - ready to see just what came next... and just what Galeem had in store.

“ ‘s everyone gettin’ excited?! ”

“ Waitin’ stops in a few hours - and then we got a whole new tournament on our hands! Hope y’all’re ready for one heckuvva beatdown from yours truly! I ain’t goin’ easy on none o’ y’all! ”

Kirby has more BDE than all of you but he’s legally not allowed to say it so y’all get off easy today.

ooc;; In terms of voice and characterization, I do not follow the anime for Meta Knight - rather, I stick by what we see and hear from him in Smash Bros. It’s best to read his posts with that tone in mind - blunt, deep, harsh, but not necessarily cruel. One that intimidates, and speaks plainly.

Just think of “Come back when you put up a fight”, and that should give you an idea of how you should hear my Meta Knight when he talks.

Maybe Meta Knight wasn't the first person from Popstar anyone would expect her to approach, but here she was. There was a bit of mischief in her smile and she lowered her voice a bit so the other could hear. " A little birdy told me you liked parfaits. Wanna go get one with me? "

“ … Oh? And who told you that, your highness? ” Mm - Meta Knight couldn’t say he was too fine with knowing that rumors of that sort were going around about him. Regardless of what reality they might be based in - he wondered who told her such a thing. Certainly not Kirby, right?

“ … I don’t hate them. ” A simple, strategic answer for the Princess. Overreaction would paint a different picture than his intent wanted to, but he wasn’t going to call her correct, either. His personal enjoyment of particularly sweet foods didn’t need to be information that freely got around. “ If you want company, I can come along if you wish. Though I imagine Kirby would be more engaging company? ”

… At the very least, he was already planning to pace his bites should a parfait be offered to him.

Gently curls up next to Kirby and places the blanket over both of them. "Oyasuminasai... " Hopefully Kirby is ready for bed, because Nanako is tired from everything today.

“ Ah - Na’ko. ” Kirby had been sitting alongside his “big sister”, resting along with her as she relaxed herself after she had a long day. He hadn’t quite planned for it being naptime now, but that’s what the blanket and the very tired words Nanako offered implied - it looks like that’s what was happening whether Kirby planned it or not!

... Well, fortunately, that didn’t bother Kirby too much at all! There was nothing wrong at all with getting some sleep! It was one of his favorite pasttimes! He wasted no time getting cozy beneath the blanket she laid over the two of them, and nuzzling back into her to get comfy. He could already feel sleepytime coming for him, too! “ Aha, okay... ‘night, Na’ko...! ”

Do you like family-friendly video games? Saccharine visuals, delightful music, pleasant romps in a dream world, beautiful environments, topped with a playful tone and colorful characters? Do you like the idea of this family-friendly world being filled with HORRIFIC ELDRITCH ABOMINATIONS, TRAGEDY around every corner, and genuine beauty and serenity being something that needs to be cherished and protected from the horrors of an uncaring universe? And do you like the idea of that beauty winning against the countless horrors the universe has to throw at it, all thanks to a tiny little eldritch horror who’s fighting for that beauty... and has quite the appetite for a delicious strawberry shortcake?

“ Mm-MM! Princess, I’d say y’ve outdone yerself this time, heheh! ” The self-proclaimed king wasted no time whatsoever taking up the monarch’s offer of allowing him to have some of the cookies she had made. He wasted no time taking another bite of the cookie in his hand, finishing it off in the second bite, before turning to her with a wide grin.

“ Honestly, you’re too good to us! Hope ya aren’t tryna butter me up, Princess - I ain’t goin’ easy on ya just ‘cause you’re cookin’s good when the fightin’ starts, I’ll have y’know! ” He followed the statement up with a hearty laugh to make it clear he didn’t mean it too seriously - it was pretty easy to tell he was in good spirits. Though with the tournament proper so close to starting, how could he not be?
