Nora: How’s life in the city?
Sylvia: Oh it’s great! I’m meeting lots of people, and so far they are all nice.
Nora: Well that’s great. yeah I’ve been seeing you a lot on page six! You’re making the headlines these days.
Sylvia: Oh stop it! *blushing*
Nora: Sooo. How are you and Nathan? You guys really made it through
Sylvia: I know.. We’re good but.. Sometimes, I don’t know.
Sylvia: I mean, okay I just feel like sometimes i’m more of a trophy than a girlfriend to him.. You know what I mean.
Sylvia: He’s sweet and all but sometimes, I feel like he’s just showing me off to people, you know. The passion’s there, the sex is great, but other than that I don’t feel connected to him anymore. The spark is gone... I don’t know maybe I’m just being a high maintenance bitch. I do love him and I want to work things out with him.. We’ve gone through a lot... and I tell you that wasn’t easy. So I’m not just gonna end it because I’m feeling this way.
Nora: You should give him some slack. It’s Nathaniel for God’s sake. We all know he’s not the romantic type back in high school. You’re the first ever girl he was serious with AND has gone through this far. It was a surprise to all of us, given the fact of his reputation back then. He’s lucky to have you.
Sylvia: I know, I’m a game changer! Hahaha! Thank you for everything *sigh* It’s really good to see you Nora. I missed you.
Nora: It is! We miss you a lot back home! Visit us more often!
Sylvia: I know! I’ve just been busy here.
Nora: Busy what? Partying?
Sylvia: Haha! Touche. But I will! I’m coming home sometime this month. Mom’s got this event going.
Nora: Oh yes, the Veronica Vanderbilt parties.
Nora: Very well. Anyway, I’ll see you soon!
