Hello! This is my custom hood called Sunny Shores! I wanted to share my creation with you, but this will not be for download. Above is the overview of my entire hood. I will now show you certain areas with details of my hood!
This is the university side. This area includes
- Student Union,Dorms, Apartments, Bars, Clubs, Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Gym, Soccer Field, Tennis Courts, Stadium, Junkyard, and a rundown, abandoned home turned into a community lot called The Underground. It’s a place to buy potions, access to a counterfeit money machine, phone to grim and a cow plant. You could say it’s a black market that only special sims have access to by becoming best friends with the owner.
This is the Downtown Area. This area includes
- Town Hall, Bookstore, Public School, Church, Cemetery, Grocery Store, Clinic, Theater, Post Office, Police and Fire Station, Bank, Restaurants and Diners, Bakery Shop, Flower Shop, Butcher Shop, Ice Cream Parlor, Pet Store, Community Swimming Pool, Spa, Scarecrow Garden, Bowling Alley, Fashion Studio, Dance Studio, Hair Salon, Fishing pond, Camping park, small park, Basketball court and Soccer net lot (next to the baseball field), Hot Air Balloon Lot (They are functional), Gas Station, Corner Hangout, Playground and the Mayors House.
- Bus Station, Ferry boats for cars, Motel, Beach Homes(behind the motel), and Carefree Caravan (Residential).
Lastly, this is the residential area with big farm fields!
