I'm currently obsessed with brows. I have a little secret about my brows...After years of tweezing, waxing, and threading I barely have any brows left. As you can see in the pictures I actually had some back in the day. (Don't judge my 8th grade picture lol) I currently have large gaps in my brows and they are still very thin. WELL I've discovered something that changed my LIFE! It's called Sleek Brows. Almost 2 week ago I went into the cutest Lash Bar in the city, She Winks. She Winks is an Eyelash and Beauty Studio. They are one of the first in NYC to do the Sleek Brows Service. I have not been trained on this new Sleek Brow application but this is what Stacey at She Winks told me. *It creates fullness and definition *They are waterproof and smudge-proof *Builds on the natural shape of the brow to create fuller, thicker, luscious eyebrows *Lasts for approx. 2-3 weeks *Its similar to permanent make-up except it's 3-dimensional and non-invasive. *Suitable for those who have naturally good eyebrows as well as those who suffer from partial or complete eyebrow loss In the second picture of me the brow on the left is my natural brow and the brow on the right is with Sleek Brows. I'm OBSESSED! It's seriously life changing. I plan to get trained on this service but it's a pretty penny. So until then I'll definitely will be going back to She Winks.

Some of you know I'm obsessed with #Beyonce. I was 1st drawn to her in 2003 when I was working at the Best Buy in Baltimore. I saved up any change I could to buy her #DangerouslyInLove Album. I felt as though through every album she put out I was going through the same things as her which made me feel human and not crazy. Her last album #Beyonce resonated more than them all because of her one line in #Ghost. Well I'm so proud to say that my goal for 2014 has came true. Starting 2015 I am no longer going to be working a 9-5 and will be pursuing my passion of makeup full time. I have to say THANK YOU to @beyonce! That one simple line pushed me everyday to turn this dream into a reality. #blessed #grateful #thankful

#PIFMakeOver The Reveal

September 2014 I put together an event to give back to my community. I started a Social Media Campaign to find a deserving person to receive a Head To Toe Makeover at my expense. My peers reposted my image for the campaign which allowed me to come across Judy. Judy goes to school part time for medical billing, has 3 kids, and no job. Her husband supports the whole family but does not have the money for any “extras.” Last month I paid for Judy to go on a shopping trip in SOHO, she received a haircut and highlights, I did her makeup, and then we revealed her new look to her family and friends. It’s my goal to be able to do this makeover at least once a year.  Any comments, likes, and shares on my YouTube page are much appreciated. I would love to make this something big for the deserving individuals out there.  XOXO Stacy
